Radio Devil カスタムビルド

Radio Devilでは、通常仕様をベースとした各種カスタムのご相談を受け付けています。

エフェクトの種類や動作、タッチコントロールの向き、パラメーターの変化範囲、表示内容などを、使用スタイルや演奏方法に合わせて変更することができます。

「Pitch Shiftの可変範囲を変更したい」「この操作に別のエフェクトを割り当てたい」といった変更から、通常仕様にはない機能の開発まで、可能な限りご希望に沿ったご提案をさせていただきます。

※対応可能範囲はソフトウェアに限定されます。ハードウェアおよび物理筐体のカスタムは基本的にお受けしておりません。

※カスタムは基本的にご購入後の個体に対するカスタムとなります。未購入状態でカスタムを依頼することはできません。

■Custom Setup

費用：1件 16,500円（税込）～

Radio Devilに搭載されている既存の機能をベースとしたカスタムです。

たとえば、以下のような変更に対応できます。

・各エフェクトのパラメーター変化範囲やカーブの調整

・タッチ操作に対する感度や変化量の調整

・エフェクトや操作の割り当て変更
・不要機能のドロップ

・OLEDの表示内容や表示名の変更

・その他、既存機能を利用した動作変更

※ひとつの機能変更に付随する感度調整や表示変更などは、原則としてひとつのカスタムとして扱います。

※複数のエフェクトや機能を個別に変更する場合は、変更内容に応じて料金が加算されます。
※過去に依頼したカスタムを、新しく購入した個体にも適用してほしい、という場合もCustom Setupにてご依頼ください。

■Special Custom

費用：個別見積

通常仕様のRadio Devilには存在しない機能についても、実現可能な範囲でご相談いただけます。

新しいエフェクトの開発、独自のタッチコントロール方法、複数機能を組み合わせた特殊な制御など、個別のプログラム開発を必要とするカスタムについて、内容・開発工数・難易度を確認したうえでお見積りします。

すべてのご要望を実現できるとは限りません。技術的な実現性、動作の安定性、製品としての安全性などを確認したうえで対応可否を判断します。

■カスタム料金について

Custom Setupの基本料金は、1件16,500円（税込）～です。

実際の料金は、変更内容、対象となる機能数、開発・テストに必要な工数などによって異なります。

ご依頼内容を確認した上で（内容によってはオンラインミーティングをお願いする場合があります）、作業開始前に仕様と料金をご提示します。

お見積り時に合意した内容から仕様を追加・変更する場合は、別途料金が発生する場合があります。

■完成後の修正・調整について

カスタム完成後、操作感やパラメーターなどの軽微な修正・調整は1回まで（Special Customは5回まで※）無料で対応します。
エフェクトの音色やパラメーター調整など、本体ご返送前にファイル送付で確認可能なものに関しては、メールでのやりとりが基本となります。

ご返送後に再調整を行う場合、再調整に伴う往復送料はお客様負担となります（Plug-instrumentsからの返送は着払いで発送します）。

大幅な仕様変更、新しい機能の追加、当初のご依頼内容とは異なる変更については、追加カスタムとして別途お見積りします。

※うち2回までは、1回最長60分のオンラインミーティング可能

■カスタムで開発したプログラムについて

カスタムのために新しく作成したプログラムコード、プログラムモジュール、エフェクト、制御ロジックなどは、特段の合意がない限り、今後のRadio DevilやPlug-instruments製品、他のカスタム開発などで再利用する場合があります。

カスタム料金は、ご指定いただいた仕様を実現するための開発・設定・実装作業に対する料金であり、開発したプログラムの独占利用権や権利譲渡を含むものではありません。

開発した機能を他の製品や他のお客様のカスタムには使用しないことを希望される場合や、いわゆる買い切り・独占利用をご希望の場合は、ご依頼前にご相談ください。

内容に応じて個別に条件を設定し、別途お見積りします。

■対応できないカスタム

以下のような内容については、原則としてお受けできません。

・ハードウェアや筐体などに関するカスタム
・製品の安全性や耐久性を損なう変更

・基板そのものの個別設計・改造

・電波法その他の法令・認証条件に影響する変更

・第三者の知的財産権を侵害するおそれのある変更

・特定の市販製品の完全な複製・再現を目的としたもの

・安定した動作を保証できないもの

※特定のエフェクターや機器の音や動作を参考にして調整することは可能ですが、他社製品と完全に同一の音や動作を再現することは保証しません。

また、内容によっては上記以外でも対応をお断りする場合があります。

■カスタム製品の保証について

カスタム部分を除くRadio Devil本体については、原則として通常製品と同様の保証を適用します。

カスタムされた機能については、事前に合意した仕様に基づいて動作することを保証対象とします。

使用する楽器、接続機器、アンプ、電源、演奏環境などによる音質や操作感の違い、お客様の好みに基づく変更については、製品不良には該当しません。

カスタム内容によって通常製品とは異なる保証条件が必要となる場合は、お見積り時にあらかじめご案内します。

■ご依頼の流れ

お問い合わせフォームに「Radio Devilカスタムビルド希望」と明記の上、ご希望の内容をご連絡ください。

ご希望の仕様と実現可能性を確認の上、カスタム内容・料金・必要な納期などをご提案します。

提案内容と料金に問題がなければ、ご案内したページからお見積金額を済いただきます。
決済確認後、対象となるRadio Devilの送付方法をご案内しますので、Plug-instrumentsまでお送りくださいませ。本体到着後にカスタム作業を開始します。

製作・動作確認後、カスタムしたRadio Devilをお届けします。

Radio Devil Custom Build

Radio Devil can be customized in a variety of ways based on its standard configuration.

The type and behavior of effects, touch-control directions, parameter ranges, display contents, and other functions can be modified to suit your playing style and preferences.

From changes such as “I want to adjust the range of the Pitch Shift” or “I want to assign a different effect to this gesture,” to the development of functions not included in the standard version, we will do our best to propose a solution that meets your needs.

Customization is generally limited to software. We do not normally accept requests for hardware or physical enclosure modifications.

Custom Build services are generally available for Radio Devil units that have already been purchased. Customization cannot be ordered for a unit prior to purchase.

■Custom Setup

Price: From ¥16,500 (tax included) per customization

Custom Setup covers modifications based on functions already implemented in Radio Devil.

Examples include:

Adjusting parameter ranges or response curves for individual effects

Adjusting touch sensitivity or the amount of parameter change in response to touch

Changing effect or control assignments

Removing unnecessary functions

Changing OLED display contents or labels

Other behavioral changes using existing functions

Sensitivity adjustments, display changes, and similar modifications directly associated with a single functional change are generally treated as part of the same customization.

When multiple effects or functions are modified individually, additional charges may apply depending on the scope of the changes.

If you would like a customization previously developed for you to be applied to another newly purchased Radio Devil, please request it as a Custom Setup.

■Special Custom

Price: Quoted individually

We can also discuss requests for functions that do not exist in the standard Radio Devil, provided they are technically feasible.

This may include development of new effects, original touch-control methods, specialized control schemes combining multiple functions, and other customizations requiring individual software development.

Pricing will be quoted based on the requested specifications, development time, complexity, and testing required.

Not every request can necessarily be implemented. We will determine whether a request can be accepted after considering technical feasibility, operational stability, product safety, and other relevant factors.

■Customization Pricing

The base price for Custom Setup is ¥16,500 (tax included) per customization.

The final price will vary depending on the nature of the modifications, the number of functions involved, and the development and testing time required.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the specifications and price before beginning any work.

Additional charges may apply if you request additions or changes beyond the specifications agreed upon at the time of quotation.

■Revisions and Adjustments After Completion

After the customization has been completed, one minor revision or adjustment is included at no additional charge for Custom Setup, and up to five are included for Special Custom.

For effect tone, parameter adjustments, and other items that can be evaluated by exchanging files before the unit is returned, communication and review will generally be handled by email.

If further adjustment is required after the unit has been returned to you, round-trip shipping costs for the additional work will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping from Plug-instruments will be sent cash on delivery.

Major specification changes, addition of new functions, or requests that differ substantially from the originally agreed specifications will be treated as additional customization and quoted separately.

■Programs Developed for Custom Builds

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, program code, software modules, effects, control logic, and other elements newly developed as part of a Custom Build may be reused in future Radio Devil versions, other Plug-instruments products, or other custom development projects.

Customization fees cover the development, configuration, and implementation work required to realize the agreed specifications. They do not include exclusive rights to the developed software or transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.

If you would like a function developed exclusively for you and not reused in other products or customer projects, or if you would like to discuss a full buyout or exclusive-use arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.

Terms and pricing for such arrangements will be determined individually based on the scope of the request.

■Customizations We Cannot Accept

As a general rule, we cannot accept requests involving:

Customization of hardware or the physical enclosure

Changes that may compromise product safety or durability

Individual redesign or modification of the circuit board itself

Changes that may affect compliance with radio regulations, other laws, or certification requirements

Changes that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties

Requests intended to create an exact copy or reproduction of a specific commercially available product

Changes for which stable operation cannot be guaranteed

We may use the sound or behavior of a particular effect pedal or other device as a reference when making adjustments, but we do not guarantee an exact reproduction of the sound or behavior of another manufacturer’s product.

Depending on the nature of the request, we may also decline customizations not specifically listed above.

■Warranty for Customized Products

Except for the customized portions, the Radio Devil itself is generally covered by the same warranty as the standard product.

For customized functions, the warranty covers operation in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in advance.

Differences in sound or feel caused by the instrument, connected equipment, amplifier, power supply, playing environment, or personal preference are not considered product defects.

If a particular customization requires warranty conditions different from those of the standard product, we will inform you in advance when providing the quotation.

■How to Request a Custom Build

Please contact us through the Inquiry Form and clearly state “Radio Devil Custom Build Request”, along with a description of the customization you would like.

We will review your requested specifications and technical feasibility, then propose the customization details, price, and estimated turnaround time.

Once you approve the proposal and price, we will provide a dedicated payment page. Customization work will begin after payment has been confirmed.

After development and testing are complete, we will deliver your customized Radio Devil.
